What is the difference BETWEEN fixed and floating/fluctuating interest rates? Analyze how foreign exchange rate is determined when dealing with the business implications. Also, compute the exchange rate between the USA Dollar (fixed) and a country currency (floating) of your choice, then give the rates.  Go to https://www.oanda.com/currency/live-exchange-rates/  or www.xe.com/currencyconverter and monitor rates for 2 consecutive days - giving dates.
