The following policies are applicable to the refund and cancellation requests we receive from customers.
You may file for a refund or cancellation of service by emailing us at .
If the service is delivered to the customer. No refund will be generated.
If the file is not supporting the request that should be generated within 30 minutes of receiving the file, we will resend the document, no refund will be generated for the same.
Please note the charges for the notes are not included in the online session. There are additional charges for that. If the class notes are downloaded by the customer. And when the request for refund or cancellation is generated, no refund will be issued. You can cancel the request for the online lecture before 10 minutes of the online class via zoom and skype. After that, no refund will be issued.
There will be a 100% refund if the expert is not assigned. It is a rare situation that happens. We will notify you as soon as possible and the refund will be generated in the account.
If the request for an online class via zoom or skype platform is confirmed and then the customer decides to cancel the class in such a case, the customer should notify the customer support before 5 minutes or within 10 minutes of class starting. We will verify the refund claim. The refund issued will be at our discretion.
If the class is on a specialized topic no refund will be issued if the class has started.
If the material or information provided by the customer is delayed, the service may be delayed due to this. In such a case there will be no refund.
If the customer is not satisfied with the work, the customer can request a correction within 10 minutes of the work being delivered. We will edit the notes and resend them to the customer.
In case the extra payment is processed against the order, the extra amount will automatically be refunded to the account.
Please note the refund claims are subject to our verification and are entirely at our discretion. Customers will receive an email to confirm the refund or cancellation.
