First, you should briefly identify the initiative that has been proposed or is taking place in your organization, as the plan. You can share this as a summary in a Word text document or in another software that allows you to clearly articulate the plan to the reader.

Analyze how the stakeholders and/or followers were identified as a part of the planning for the initiative. This statement should be submitted in a document file along with the evaluation.
