Please read pages 11-14 of Critical Thinking Methods and Cases (Exercise # 2 "Aggravated Assault Court Case" ) edited by Gregory Rich, and answer the question on page 12.  (Does the evidence given by Officer Moore and Mrs. Green show that Mr. Swimmer is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt?
