For this discussion, I want each of you to tell me what you think art is and 3 reasons why it matters to you. (50 points)

You must respond to at least 2 different student's threads. (50 points)

It cannot just be "I agree with you" or "That is cool," your responses need some substance and length. If it is too short or is too general points will be taken off.

What do you think Art is?            

3 Reasons Why it matters to you              

You do not have to respond to other student's posts this week, but starting next week you will.               Responding to others' posts this week is optional.

There is absolutely no hurtful or negative criticism or responses allowed. Constructive criticism only. First offense will be a warning, after that you will receive a zero for your discussion board that week. If it continues, it will be reported to the chair and dean.  Also, if I see any plagiarism (copying or re-stating another's response), you will receive a zero and a warning on the first offense. Second offense I will report it.

Please, let's keep this a positive and fun community atmosphere.

Reminder: There are no late grades for Discussion Boards. Once they close, they stay closed. So do not put this off.
