Insights

You will have three (3) insights. Each insight should be between 500-1,000 words (and free of grammatical errors). Insights should be in paragraph form; you will need to write multiple paragraphs (at least 4) for each insight.  Each insight should have a clear thesis statement that tells the reader what the insight is about. The thesis statement should be in your first paragraph. While you should answer the questions below, you should not directly include them in the document. The idea is to write a narrative that tells the story of your insight.

Each insight should answer the following questions:

1. What is your insight from your external experience?

2. Why is this insight significant? 

3. Did your understanding of this insight change over time? How?

4. Give specific examples (multiple) of how you learned this insight.

a. This means you will need to tell a story, create a narrative, that illustrates how you learned this insight over time. 

Before you submit your document, please proofread and revise your writing. While this assignment is very personal, it should also be professional. Therefore, you need to make sure your writing is free from any and all errors. 

You should submit one document (Microsoft Word) with all three insights in one document. The insights should be separated by headings (Insight #1, Insight #2, etc.).
