Statistics Forecasting Case Study (Amtrak 2015 Forecasting Case Study).

I need to solve a case study for my Statistics course (Graduate Level). Attached are the instructions, the excel file with the raw data and an example on how the case must be solved. The case must be solved using "The decision Software Palisades decision Tools Suite". Show all your work and attach the excel spreadsheet with the calculations as well. Make sure all the calculations and answers are correct because the instructor is very demanding.
