Write an APA formatted, 500-750 word paper (2-3 pages) that addresses these topics in depth:

· Define worldview and discuss its impact on people generally and leadership specifically. 

· Identify and discuss dominant leadership worldviews in your organization.  What are they? How are they expressed?
