1.  Table 8.5 (pg. 269) describes Strategies for Dealing with Resistance to Change.  Which of these strategies do you see (or have seen) most often utilized in your current/past professional career? If you do not want to utilize your own professional experience, you can choose one that caught your attention to answer the questions.  Does (or did) the strategy produce results? Are (were) the results positive or negative? Why?
