Chapter 4:

1. Figure 4.4 (pg. 110) illustrates a typical PESTLE analysis.  How have "you" (and/or your colleagues) utilized PESTLE, or parts of this analyzing tool, to scan the environment in your industry? If you have not implemented this tool, how would you implement this in your company or business. 

Chapter 5:

1. Table 5.1 (pg. 148) outlines five groups. How have or would "you" utilize the innovators or early adopters to assist your change initiative with the "Laggards".  Detail at least two strategies.
