Overview

The purpose of this assignment is for you to complete a psychiatric interview template that you will use to guide the interview process for your practice.

Instructions

To complete your assignment:

In this assignment you will write up a template or script (narrative) of what you will state as informed consent and what order you will move through questions. Research biopsychosocial assessment forms and find a flow that feels comfortable to you as you practice before recording for the week.

This narrative should compliment your practice and guide you through the interview process. You will be allowed to use this for taking notes throughout your psychiatric mental health interview and throughout the remainder of videos in the course.

This assignment will help you for the remainder of the program to find a flow for the interview process that works for you. This will also allow you to create good habits of offering effective informed consent to all clients upon initial visit.
