Group-Facilitated Discussion on Solution Focused Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy

This is a student-led discussion. The student group responsible for this week will post their discussion question along with their recommended readings or videos for your review.

If you are the student group responsible for this week, you can review the Week 4 Getting Started: Group-Facilitated Discussion Instructions for assignment guidelines for this facilitated discussion to ensure that you have met all the criteria.

Remember that on Day 1 of this week, a member of your group (you can decide who) will be responsible for posting the discussion prompt as well as instructions for what readings, videos, and so on you want everyone to review. During this week, your group (each member should participate equally) will be responsible for facilitating the discussion, which means making sure that everyone is engaged and helping the discussion to expand.

During each of these weeks two separate groups will present and facilitate their topics on Day 1 and other members of the class will respond to each groups prompt beginning on Day 3 and ending by Day 7. The facilitating group is responsible for responding to ALL initial posts and must still meet required number of replies on an individual basis for the week mentioned in the discussion board grading rubric.
