Directions

The purpose of this assignment is to evaluate active listening skills.

Participate in or observe at least 3 conversations. Write a reflection paper on what you observed (good, bad, and ugly) regarding other people’s Active Listening. Do they use all the parts of the EARS Method appropriately? For example, do they conduct interrogation or active listening? Do they let the speaker guide the conversation, i.e., do they let the speaker "lead the dance" in the conversation? Be sure to reference specific skills discussed in this week's readings and videos.

This paper should be at least 500 words and follow the submission.
