Fostering creativity in yourself as a manager and in your staff are vital for success in today's workplace environment. Innovation-based creativity is emerging as individuals identify needs and act on them as entrepreneurs in the U.S. healthcare system.

Explore the concepts of creativity and innovation in your discussion and include the following in your main post:

State your understanding of the role of the healthcare manager in successfully developing and fostering creativity and innovation in employees, and in developing a supportive organizational culture.
