After the disruption of the Coronavirus Crisis, CGU has decided to completely restructure itself for the academic year 2021/2022. Using the structural frame, develop the organizational structure of CGU the way you think it would be most effective. The university’s goal is to offer top notch graduate education that prepares people for jobs addressing society’s most pressing challenges/opportunities. Here are some relevant organizational facts:
· Activities that are required for the school to run: teaching, research, fundraising, recruiting, career services, academic oversight, financial management, IT support, Human Resources (you may think of others, but these are required)
· Academic Disciplines represented in the university (for the purposes of this assignment): Management, Psychology, Arts & Humanities, Community & Global Health, Information Systems & Technology, Mathematical Sciences, Political Science, Educational Studies
· Size: There are about 130 faculty members and about 2,000 students and about 100 staff and administrators.
