1. Choose a company or organization related to your career field (it can be the same company you used for the DQ this week or a different organization) and develop and describe that company's strategic HR plan. What seems to be this company’s main strategic aims? What is the firm’s competitive strategy?  How would you summarize your recommended strategic HR policies for this company?
