The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (initially developed by Carl Jung) is one of the more frequently utilized personality assessments in business. In order to complete this assignment, you will first take the personality test from the website indicated below and then, you will submit your answers to the questions that follow as a word document to the corresponding link in D2L under Assessments-Assignments.

Question 1) Your results from the test…what “type” are you? Describe each characteristic in your type.

Question 2) A reflection on your test results. A reflection will include whether you think the test results were an accurate depiction of you, what you thought of the test questions, and your thoughts on the traits being measured. Be sure to justify your opinions with specific personal examples.
