According to Chapter 11 in the e-book & an additional source of your choice address the following:

• Describe the communication process and identify common barriers to effective communication. 
• Identify and describe 2 different forms of organizational communication. 
• Identify and explain the basic communication model process. 

 Paper MUST be formatted in APA format. (No exceptions). 
Your paper should be a minimum of two pages ( NOT including title page & references page), and no more than five pages,  double-spaced, with a minimum of 2 references (no exceptions). MUST USE AT LEAST 2 REFERENCES.
