You have been chosen to speak and facilitate a learning session at an Operations Management Conference. The conference theme is “Global Assessment of Value Chain Management in the 21st Century”. In preparation, you must create a PowerPoint presentation.

Instructions

Select a Fortune 500 company (you cannot use Starbucks or Apple) and evaluate how your selected organization has used Porter’s Value Chain and the Five-Forces Model to strengthen their value chain. Be sure to give details and examples so that the audience will understand value chain management method.
