As you advance in your career, you will most likely be doing formal presentations, trainings, or other public speaking as a part of your job. Do you have any tips or lessons learned to share that have been helpful during the process of creating presentations? What lessons will you carry with you into your career?

When we seek to persuade others to follow a set of recommendations, engage in some sort of change, or some other action, using an authentic voice is especially important. Yet, it can feel risky or even downright scary to use our own voice. Are there particular successes or challenges you have encountered along the way in presenting your ideas and recommendations in your own voice?
