The U.S. has no universal healthcare, unlike many other developed nations in the world. What would be the economic and health outcomes if the U.S. did adopt universal healthcare? How would it get that accomplished when it appears half the nation wants no government involved in healthcare? What would be the challenges, the benefits and costs of doing so?
