Actions for DB 1: Your Personal Writing Process

After reading the textbook sections about prewriting, describe your personal writing process, including preferences, strengths and weaknesses, your   personal approach to a writing task, your previous experiences, etc.  Do you have preferences about the tools you use to write?  The time of day you write?  What approach or prewriting technique do you use?  Describe it.  Tell us about it in enough detail that we might get ideas for our own writing.

 

In constructing your response, please be sure to cite material from our course textbooks to support the points you are trying to make (remember that our class utilizes MLA formatting). At least two different citations, with corresponding reference entries, are required.

Please remember that your main responses should be at least 300 words in length, and each of your two peer responses should be at least 150 words in length.
