My focus topic  is Ethics  the root of crisis and disaster in organizations.

You will create an Annotated Bibliography and outline of a plan for a comprehensive literature review paper on your focus topic. Your outline may also include a brief summary of any research gaps that you identify in your review of sources.

Develop a title for your topic, at least ten (10) scholarly citations in your Annotated Bibliography. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards where appropriate. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University's Academic Integrity Policy.
