As President/CEO, you want your leaders to help their direct reports to be more effective.  As a result you have instituted a Lunch & Learn series asking your key leaders to gather their staff and show informative/educational management/leadership topic videos to them.  After the video, the manager should lead a group discussion about the contents of the videos.

The first video is 6 Communication Truths.  6 Communication Truths . . .

Review the video and prepare a memo that will be sent to your team leaders summarizing the key points you think they should discuss in the lunch and learn.  REMEMBER, they only have one hour.  so identify what you consider to be the most import points to discuss in that time frame.
