1000 bilingual families that spoke Spanish were tested on which language they watch television most of the time. For 600 Hispanic that have lived in the US for less than 5 years, 80% of them watched TV in Spanish most of the time, and 400 Hispanic families that have lived in the US for longer than 5 years, 68% of them watched TV in Spanish most of the time. Using a =0.10, determine whether there is sufficient evidence to say that the rate of Spanish speaking people who have lived in the US for less than 5 years and watch Spanish TV is greater than the others.
