Assignment 1-400 wordWeinberger in “Your Help with the new expertise,” talked about hedgehogs and foxes.http://www.kmworld.com/Articles/Column/David-Weinberger/Your-help-with-the-new-expertise-54935.aspx (Links to an external site.)How do these concepts connect with wicked problems? How do we define these issues and how does the way in which we make our definitions shape our solutions. Along with the discussion, we will also consider how ethical issues centering on information and data have changed over the years Student Learning Objectives:§ Discuss how organizational assets in knowledge are created, how they are developed, how they are stored by an organization, and how individuals within the organization contribute to these processes, including collaborative and organizational learning practices.§ Understand ethical and cultural issues inherent in the practice of knowledge managementThe Davenport and Prusak text is a classic in the field of knowledge management and well worth your time to read.  It's not a difficult text to read, and you will find it very relevant to what you will learn regarding knowledge management.  In this course, you will submit at 3 papers with your reflections on Davenport and Prusak . These will be due in weeks 3, 4, and 6.  Your entries will relate the Davenport and Prusak text readings to knowledge management issues that you see in your work or you find in the current news.  In your papers:1)     Thoughtfully discuss how the assigned reading for the week relates to your own experience or what you have noted from the news.  About 200 words are sufficient.  If you use an issue or event from another source, be sure to cite it appropriately.2)     Your discussion should focus on your own experience and perspective; identify key issues you mention in the discussion.   You don’t need to cover everything in the assigned chapters, but be succinct and choose some insight from the reading that will really convince us that you read and understood what the authors were saying.  3)     Be prepared to discuss your Davenport and Prusak reflection with the class. The first Davenport and Prusak reflection (due Week 3) will relate to aspects of first three chapters of the Davenport and Prusak text.  The second Davenport and Prusak reflection (due Week 4) will relate to aspects of chapters 4, 5, and 6 of the Davenport and Prusak text. The third (and final!) Davenport and Prusak reflection (due Week 6) will relate to aspects of chapters 7, 8, and 9 of the Davenport and Prusak text.
