Book Reaction Paper #1JUS 605 – Fall 2013Instructions:You have had the opportunity to read about high risk employees as well as potential avenues to deal with thoseemployees. For each paper, your analysis will be based on a real-world article or event. For your firstreaction paper, I would like you to read the article below:http://www.forbes.com/sites/meghancasserly/2012/09/21/when-snitches-get-stitches-physicalviolence-as-workplace-retaliation-on-the-rise/Following reading the article, I would like you to answer a series of questions. The analysis you are towrite should not simply be a list of answers to the questions. Rather, you should write a coherentpaper in complete sentences with thoughtful insights and intelligent reflection.Your analyses should not exceed 5 typed pages of text (excluding the title page), the ultimate lengthhowever will be left up to you. In other words, the length will be determined by you and how muchyou feel needs to be written. Your paper should be written in APA-style in that you should have a titlepage in APA-style and your page numbering, headings and any references should use APA-style (youdo not need an abstract for this paper). In addition, your analysis should have 1” margins all the wayaround and be double-spaced using either 12-point Times (Times New Roman) font or 10-pointVerdana font (any other font will not be accepted). Therefore, your paper should include:• Title Page• Analysis• References (if needed)Questions to discuss in your Analysis #1:1. Which type of high risk employee is most likely to respond in way presented in the Forbes’article? Why?2. As a person in the criminal justice field, what is the best method to deal with the “snitch” andthe “retaliator”?3. What strategies would you recommend to decrease the likelihood of this kind of workplaceviolence from occurring?
