Your supervisor has asked you to prepare a brief report comparing the sales volumes and the performance of these four people. He needs your recommendation for the recipient of the award “Salesperson of the Month”. Use an appropriate measure of average to compare the sales volumes and then choose an appropriate statistical measure to compare the performance (in terms of consistency of sales).
