Answer the following questions: in about 1-2 paragraphs in APA format

1.  You believe your coworker is being bullied.  How would you verify this and what would you do about it if it is true?  A variation of this would involve the "company" that you created for this class.  What policies would you set up to discourage bullying and to resolve bullying if it should take place?

2. This question is related to the company assignment done before:  Describe positions in your "company" that might be unionized.  Would you encourage or discourage unionization at your new "company?"  Why? What steps would you take to promote or discourage unionization and why?
