Week 3

After reading Case Study 1 and Case Study 2 from Cadeau, K., & Fernandez-Calienes, R. (2022), discuss the following: 

· Complete the case studies discussion questions.

· Analyze the organizational structures of both schools from the Case Studies and Compare and Contrast the two cases and leadership and how each leader deals with change.

· Is it functioning as an open or closed and bureaucratic or collaborative system?

· How are the two different types of leaders affect the climate, culture and change in the school?

· Have you ever felt that your administrators were creating unrealistic expectations for unattainable student results?  If so, describe the situation and offer solutions to motivate the faculty and staff without making them feel helplessness.
