In reviewing the book, students should:

1) Briefly summarize the self-leadership strategies presented in the book.

2) Choose any one of the Profiles in Self-Leadership in the book (there is one in each chapter) that particularly resonated with you and explain how this person’s self-leadership as described in the book has influenced you to be a more effective self-leader.

3) Discuss how the book may have changed your view on how you will approach the process of achieving goals. Specifically, give examples of how you have applied or could apply the concepts presented in the book in your schoolwork, career, spiritual, or personal life.
