The interrelationship between the classifications of crimes

For this assignment, analyze and argue both sides of the following two issues. In your responses, be sure to explain the interrelationship between the classifications of crimes based on their potential harm to society.

1) Compare and contrast your jurisdiction’s definition of “burglary” compared to the Common Law definition.

 

2) Should the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act be repealed?
