This week, we were introduced the basic concepts of business, products, profit and economics.  For your Unit 1 Complete Assignment, write a narrative essay (minimum 1000 words) in which you address and discuss the statements listed below.  Use at least three scholarly sources and remember to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the READ and ATTEND sections in your essay.  Cite your sources in APA format.

· What are the goals of a business? Do all businesses share the same goal?  Provide rationale and justify your response.

· Discuss a recent example of a business that has engaged in unethical practices.  Provide the background and why the practices were considered unethical.  

· What are possible steps, methods, and actions businesses can take to improve ethical standards including social responsibility?

· How might an organization evaluate to grow the business globally?
