Key External forces /Environment:

1. Remote Environment: It includes five broad categories: i-Economics forces

ii-Social and demographics forces iii-Environmental forces iv- Political and governmental forces v-Technological forces

2. Immediate Environment : Immediate environment includes both operating and industry factors.

i- Industry Forces /Factors -Competition Analysis

ii- Operating Environment Factors -Customers

- Creditors -Suppliers -Labor market -Competitors

2. Clear organization of the content: Introduction, Main Body, and Conclusion

3. Adherence to format

4. 800 or 700 words

5. Clarity of the content

6. Use of at least three different source of information (example- Books, journal articles, information from website etc..)
