As a nurse leader, you must be able to identify the key stakeholders in the adoption of a new or upgraded telehealth technology. In addition, you must be able to communicate the benefits and strategic value of the technology to obtain their support and ensure effective use of the technology. One method of communicating with stakeholders is to introduce them to the technology in a department meeting.
