Question Four : Assume that Contractor built home for Owner. When called upon to pay for the home, Owner insisted that he was not liableunder the contract because the contractor breached the construction contract by not exactly following the plans and specifications called for in their contract. Contractor admitted to failing to provide some things that were in the plans but insisted he was still entitled to recovery under the contract less the cost of those things he did wrong or did not provide.Identify the legal doctrine that the contractor would assert and be sure tolist each and every element (of this doctrine) that Contractor would be required to prove.
