Analyze the government’s management of undocumented immigrants through the lens of some of the policy analysis theories you have learned in this course. With an analysis rooted in these theories, make specific policy recommendations to the U.S. president to better respond to the situation of undocumented immigrants. After the conclusion of your paper, write a short one-paragraph response to your paper from the perspective of an advisor to the president with political views very different from your own.
