You have been asked to prepare a business case and plan for establishing a Data Governance program focused on master data and meta data management for a regional healthcare system that includes three hospitals, two fitness centers, three immediate care centers, twelve physician care locations. The system has over 4,000 employees with nearly 400 physicians on staff.
