Use the course reading material, your research, and what you have learned in this week’s discussion to develop a RACI chart for the project you have selected. Detail the project quality management activities, the project management roles, and their responsibility, accountability, and if they are consulted or informed. Instructions:

• After receiving instructor acceptance of your project selection for this assignment.

o Define the quality management activities for your project.

o Detail the project roles (including all projects stakeholders who should be

o Denote each stakeholder’s as responsible, accountable, consulted and/or informed.
