After reviewing this pyramid, discuss which one of the five would you start with and why when dealing with a client/employee who is struggling with self-esteem? 2. In the lecture we discuss general causes of conflict and the result of that conflict. What are some of those issues mentioned when it comes to the cause? What from chapter 5 (Moore) did you learn that would help you work with a client/employee who is having issues with conflict at work?
