Final Project Assignment:

The most effective way to become an asset to your organization is to become part of the solution, not the problem. As a result, you will use the current situation, remote work, our workforce is experiencing and devise an action plan in the form of a presentation to resolve this problem. Your primary listener/reader will be the person who WOULD BE the recipient of your idea should you choose to actually send the presentation to him/her.

You will develop an informational presentation on the problem. Each student will create a presentation that will be 3-5 minutes long that will highlight your proposed solution. The usage of supportive documents and visual aids is greatly encouraged (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.). Record your presentation in PowerPoint and submit only the PowerPoint or MP4

With the current state of employees being “remote”, what is the best way to interact with new employees and ensure that they effectively learn and become part of their new team?
