Applying Ethical Codes Discussion

1. Read ONE of the major court cases presented in the links below. (Just ONE of them NOT all of them!)

2. Provide a brief description of the court case you selected.

3. Provide the codes of ethics you will be applying.

4. Explain the ethical challenges in the case related to the codes of ethics you have selected.

5. Then, apply the ACA 2014 Code of Ethics and the code related to your specialty area (ASCA (2016; AMHCA, 2015; CRCC, 2016).  

6. Finally, explain how this ethical challenge might have been prevented if the counselor was utilized a code of ethics.
