Compare Lewin's Change Model with Kotter's Eight Steps for leading Organizational Change and then answer the following questions:

1. Which model is more practical for driving change in an organization and why? 

2. How can you apply either model to help yourself continuously adapt to and thrive in a dynamic competitive environment?
