Identify a current issue your state or our country is dealing with in Health Care.  For example: in Arizona and many states this year, Dry Needling has been in the legislative forefront, high co-payments,  cuts to the states’ Medicaid program including early intervention is eminent.

In your discussion:  (Use NY state example)

1. What is your issue?

2. Who are the stakeholders?  

3. What is to be lost or gained?  By whom?

4. Are you prepared to help in this battle?  

5. What is the time frame?  

6. Discuss this issue with your colleagues and add comment on their awareness and willingness to help.  What can you do to assist?
