Create Your Own Business!

Use your creativity to create your own business. This project will be a written paper consisting of 3-5 pages in length. Begin your paper with the name of the business and describe the function of the business - what does the business do, size of the business, and any other details. After creating your business and describing the business, identify at least 2 potential tort claims the business could be sued for and present your proposal on how to prevent and/or defend such actions. All elements of the tort must be identified along with all possible defenses to the tort. [You must cite to at least 2 case law or statutes per tort].
