Part 1: Life-Style Self-Assessment: Becoming Aware of Your Daily Lifestyle Choices NOTE: Part 1 of his assignment is loosely based on: https://www.startofhappiness.com/wheel-of-life-a-self-assessment-tool/ Step 1: Please look at the Wheel of Life Representations below (p 2 & p 3) and EVALUATE each AREA of your LIFE. (Please choose the Wheel of Life that you like better.) Feel free to look at the “Questions to Prompt Your Thoughts” from Start of Happiness for inspiration (p 4). Step 2: a) Identify three areas (in the wheel) that you are (kind of) happy with b) Give one example in each of these area about what makes you particularly happy c) Appreciate your gifts in a way that makes sense to you J

Step 3 a) Identify three other areas (in the wheel) that you would like to focus on more in the
future! b) Think about would you could do to improve each of the three areas you have listed
above in 3a. c) Write down specific goals that you have in these areas!
Step 4 (optional): Discuss with one of your friends at least ONE aspect of your personal wheel that you are comfortable sharing. You can use this as an opportunity to ask your friend for advice, alternative suggestions, or for confirmation/.
Step 5: Please come up with and LIST three (or more than three) small action you can take that will get you closer to ONE/SOME of these goals you have identified in 3c! Please make sure it’s really just a SMALL action and therefore EASY to do! Step 6: COMMIT to taking at least ONE of these small actions in the next 24 hours!
Step 7: TAKE that small action! Step 8: DESCRIBE & REFLECT on the previous steps!
