Develop a project charter outlining the business case, the goals of the project, project success criteria, high-level risks, assumptions and limitations for a project.  This project should be completed within 6 weeks.  It can be a project at your job or in your personal life.  This charter will be the basis for the rest of the coursework you will be delivering throughout the term.  Your charter and proposal should mirror that given to an executive or group of senior leaders who will approve, fund and support your project through fruition.  These leaders will want to ensure a high quality deliverable for the time and money they are investing in the project.  Ensure to highlight the importance of quality and what it means to all of the stakeholders assigned or related to your efforts.
