One portion of an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) is writing goals for students to master within the year of the IEP, which you completed in Module/Week 3.  For this assignment, you will complete a partial IEP for a student with a disability, based on the present level of performance given to you in Module/Week 3.  Review the sample Present Level of Performance (PLO) on Jackson in the Reading & Study folder of Module/Week 4.  This is the type of information you would be given on a student from an eligibility meeting, where the assessment team would compile their results and determine the disability.  Complete the short-term objectives based on the four goals, two for reading and two for written language, from week 3. Continue to complete all aspects of the IEP, adding the missing information.  You are the “teacher” for this IEP; you can add other professionals as you determine the student needs.  Add a title page to the template before submitting.
