There have been many decisions by the courts that have significantly changed elements of the criminal justice system over the past 25 years. Choose a legal case (written in the past 10 years) that you feel has had a major impact on American justice. Read the case and conduct research on its implications. Critically evaluate the change from the perspective of a variety of actors in the criminal justice system (judges, attorneys, offenders, victims, etc). 

Paper should be a minimum of two pages in length (double spaced; Times New Roman 12 point font; one inch margins on all sides) and submitted in a folder using the APA citation system.
