Content and Format

•             Information is clear, thorough, accurate and relevant    

o             Identifies major purpose of topic/project            

o             Explains importance of this topic for the population of interest                  

o             Correctly identifies Nursing Process and how it applies to the presentation                                          

o             Overview of project is adequate and supported by evidence-based research and APA formatting for PowerPoint presentation                     

o             Discusses nurse’s role in health awareness in the student/patient population

Presentation                                      

•             Project is well prepared & organized                                       

•             Informative and well communicated                                       

•             Includes applicable teaching/learning material:

•             10 NCLEX questions and answers based on your topic

•             Review Modules ALL Modules for information related to your topic:

a)      Add content from these modules to your PowerPoint

b)      Identify Module you find data from

•             Research and discuss different learning styles for teaching and education

*Minimum of three learning styles (Ex: handouts, skills sheets, videos)                                 

Individual Project Expectations

•             Professional collaborative presentation

•             Individual project: Student must speak on PowerPoint slides. You will talk about your assigned topic.

•             Final project: Well-structured electronic PowerPoint submitted inidivdually into the DROPBOX located under Module 10 by 12/13/20 at 2359.
